It has been indicated in the show cause that the present Director-in-Chief has recently joined on 24-11-2014 and immediately after noticing the order of the writ court as well as order passed in the present case, the case of the petitioner was examined and by reasoned order i.e. order dated 09-12-2014, the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected.
