15-01-2015 In compliance with order dated 04-12-2014, the opposite party no. 2/Director-in-Chief, Department of Health Services, Govt. of Bihar, namely; Dr. Raj Dhari Ranjan is present in Court and show cause has also been filed.

It has been indicated in the show cause that the present Director-in-Chief has recently joined on 24-11-2014 and immediately after noticing the order of the writ court as well as order passed in the present case, the case of the petitioner was examined and by reasoned order i.e. order dated 09-12-2014, the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected. Keeping in view the fact that by reasoned order in compliance with the order of the writ court, decision on
