The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.128 of 2019 registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 3 of the Examination Act, 1982, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. The accusation is that the petitioner had applied for the post of Grade-IV in Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited, Patna, regarding which Computer Based Test was arranged, in which at the place of the petitioner, one Amit Kumar was found sitting.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33397 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
