The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11(a)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a man of clean antecedent. Further submission is that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.28489 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Galgaliya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
