This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Ara Nawada Police Station Case No. 191 of 2021, disclosing offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, as per the F.I.R. is that three miscreants assaulted the informant and on the point of pistol snatched cash of Rs.10,000/-, driving licence, 150 gram golden ornament, Railway pass book and motorcycle and fled away. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has come during the course of investigation. It is also submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and till date, petitioner

Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2021, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada Police Station Case No. 191 of 2021.
