Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323, 225, 313, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of physical exploitation of the informant on the pretext of marriage. Petitioner is ready to marry with the informant. In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kishanganj Mahila Police Station Case No. 72 of 2018, subject
