"(i) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent No.2, the Chairman Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar, Patna issue to appointment letter to the petitioner against the vacant post after the declaring successful in both the test, written test as well as physical test.
(ii) And any other relief/reliefs may be granted to the petitioner for which found entitle to."
Having regard to the relief sought in the present petition read with the counter statement that petitioner has secured lesser marks in the selection and appointment to the post of Mobile
Patna High Court CWJC No.12727 of 2021 dt.20-12-2021 2/2 Squad Constable, the concerned respondent has not issued any order with reference to the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2021, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to why the petitioner is not entitled to selection and appointment to the post of Mobile Squad Constable within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
