Patna High Court CWJC No.6691 of 2014 dt.11-01-2022 2/3 After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner finding the court not to be in favour of the submissions made across the bar, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take recourse to such alternative remedies which are equally efficacious available in accordance with law. Liberty granted.

Needless to say, the period for which the petitioner has been pursuing the remedy before this Court shall be excluded for the purpose of counting the limitation. At this stage, Shri Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the Bank, states that the petitioner shall take recourse to such remedies within a period of one week from today.

We are sure that even this period would not be counted for the purpose of limitation, more so, in view of the orders passed by this Court as also Hon'ble the Supreme Court in relation to the proceedings governing the period of limitation during the time of current pandemic Covid-19.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6691 of 2014 dt.11-01-2022 3/3 Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
