JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed by the Stamp Reporter within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Mushtaque Alam, learned A.P.P. for the State. The present petition is confined to petitioner nos. 1 and 4 only. Petitioner nos. 1 and 4 were granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63333 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1 and 4

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32324 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 submits that they had to surrender and submit a bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order but because of the intervening Pandemic COVID-19 situations petitioner nos. 1 and 4 could not surrender and submit their bail bonds. Prayer has been made for extending the date to surrender and submit the bail bonds.

In the given facts and circumstances, learned A.P.P. for the State does not oppose this application. Let the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63333 of 2019 be modified to the extent that in case of their arrest or surrender the petitioner nos. 1 and 4 shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties in terms of the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63333 of 2019. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
