====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.1808 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.1808 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to surrender and furnish the bail bond before the Court below within six weeks from the date of passing of the order but, due to pandemic of Covid-19 the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bond within the prescribed period. Hence, prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender and furnishing the bail bond before the Court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2739 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 Accordingly, time to surrender before the Court below and furnish the bail bond is extended for further six weeks from today and the Court below will accept the bail bond of the petitioner with same condition as has been mentioned in order dated 28.02.2020.

Accordingly, the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.1808 of 2020 is modified to the above extent and this modification application is disposed of. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
