2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6821 of 2024 whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below within the stipulated time frame granted by this court due to certain inadvertent error committed in his bail petition before the court below. He, accordingly, prays for two weeks more time

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6821 of 2024 is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
