JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chousa P. S. Case No. 230 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 385, 386, 387, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners and others are alleged to have demanded randari from the brother of the informant and forcibly took away Rs.20,000/- from his pocket, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
