JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46500 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted regular bail with one of the conditions that till conclusion of the trial of this case, he will make his attendance before the concerned Police Station of the area in the first week of every month, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been handed over to the Criminal Investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37084 of 2022(3) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 Department and petitioner is a labour and is facing a lot of difficulty in appearing in the Police Station regularly. In such view of the matter, order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46500 of 2017 has been modified to the extent that petitioner shall make himself available in court as and when required by the court.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with above modification.
