2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41915 of 2024.
3. By the said order, the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two surities of the like amount.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not surrendered in terms of the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33855 of 2025(5) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 26.10.2024. He further submits that in terms of the order dated 26.10.2024 the petitioner has deposited Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 7,000/- on 31.07.2025 and further Rs. 6,000/- on 02.08.2025 in the bank account of Opposite Party No. 2.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Sunil Kumar and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41915 of 2024 is extended by 10 days from today.
6. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
