JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-09-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 354 and 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is also accused in similar nature of case, the Court is not inclined to to grant bail to him for the present. The application is dismissed. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail on completion of two years in custody i.e. after 12.02.2021. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
