Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner had caused injury at the head of the informant with sword. The Doctor has found injury on the head of the informant besides other injuries.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/successor Court.

Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
