2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sabour(Ghoradih) P.S. Case No. 479 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the father of the informant was killed by unknown criminals.

4. The petitioner and others were suspected by the informant of having participated in the killing of the deceased. It has come during investigation that the petitioners and others used to take Ganja with the deceased.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for

6. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2023.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S.
