JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 21-12-2017 Though the petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, but in view of the retracted version of the informant and the victim, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned Court below in order to prefer regular bail application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid in connection with POCSO
