2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 153, 145, 146 and 147 of Railway Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for stealing the motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name is transpired during the course of investigation only on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai, in connection with R.P.F. Post Bachhwara Case No. 469 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
