Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kusheshar Asthan P.S. Case No. 313 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.39259 of 2021(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshar Asthan P.S. Case No. 313 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
