JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent authority for adding the name of petitioner's family to Centre No. 117 of Anganwari Centre Sugaha Bhawanipur where their names are coming right from constitution of the aforesaid Anganbari Centre and they have been getting the benefits of the scheme." At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the names of the family members of the petitioner were never deleted, however, the house of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3387 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 petitioner is situated under Ward No. 3 and the Child Development Project Officer, Sikta had ordered for an enquiry regarding feeding area of Centre No. 117 of Sugaha Bhawanipur vide letter no. 262 dated 21.09.2013, whereafter the Lady Supervisor had enquired into the matter, in presence of the ward member of Centre No. 116 and other villagers(beneficiaries) and it was found that Centre No. 117 constitutes of Ward Nos. 4 & 5 and there was no objection by any person nor the name of any beneficiary was/is missing. It also transpired that the petitioner is not a resident of the feeding area of Centre No. 117 and instead one Babita Kumari is resident of feeding area of Centre No.117, belonging to the majority caste. In such view of the matter, it is submitted that since the names of the family members of the petitioner are already existing and have not been deleted, neither the petitioner nor her family members can have any grievance.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition, hence the same stands dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/SauravU
