Case No. 285 of 2009, dated 13.12.2009, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 307, 225 and 333/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Certain persons managed to effect the release of an accused person from the police custody. The implication of the petitioner is only on the basis of confession of a co-accused. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact as also that the petitioner, above named, does not have any criminal

No.32784 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 antecedent, he is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2009.
