JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application is directed for issuance of a direction upon the respondents to bring on record the appointment letter of the Respondent No.8 and for quashing of the same and for a further direction upon the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Laboratory Technician in terms of the advertised

After some arguments, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent-Authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
