JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-02-2016 Writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that he has freedom to apply afresh in terms of the 2013 Regulation which has been put in place by Bihar School Examination Board, the successor in interest of Intermediate Council for affiliation of the institution of the like of the petitioner. If the petitioner files an application in terms of the 2013 Regulation in place, the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board will ensure that an early decision would be taken in this regard. It is made clear that all the exercise done earlier is of no avail since the law itself has undergone a change so is the requirement

Before part, counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- was deposited earlier before the Intermediate Council for inspection etc. (Annexure-2), what is required to be done with regard to such deposit is for the petitioner to pay and the respondents to take a decision as well.
