The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 357 of 2018, registered under Sections 121, 379, 414 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-A)/25(1-AA)/25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of the U.A.P. Act.
The accusation is that one Amna Khatoon was arrested by the Police in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018 in which she confessed her guilt about selling of illegal arms disclosing the name of the petitioner and others indulged in the said business.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27068 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, except, Muffail P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018 in which her name has also been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Amna Khatoon. He further submits that no incriminating article have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 357 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
