2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 17.09.2022 at 07:15 P.M, the informant was returning from the office of S.D.M. Triveniganj to his home and when he reached near Phulparas Powergrid, three unknown persons looted his motorcycle, mobile phone and cash of Rs. 7000/-. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Besides this, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent, out of which, one case is of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31177 of 2026(4) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
