JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 734 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections- 341, 323, 307, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that the accused persons asked the informant to give Rs. 50,000/- as ransom and also made an allegation of kidnapping the informant and in that process, they also made firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant and co-villagers. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the nature of allegation, this Court is not persuaded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32177 of 2018 (2) dt.23-05-2018 2/2 so his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail and same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by this order.
