The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the appellant in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(20(v) of SC/ST Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the appellant was rejected by order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4381 of 2022 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2014 of 2024(3) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 same at the earliest.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to present stage of trial dated 02.05.2024 has been received and the same is kept at flag. From its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within nine months.

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail of the appellant. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

Accordingly, appeal stands disposed off.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which, the appellant will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Nirajkrs/- U T
