JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/379/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The informant was in physical relation with co-accused Rahul Kumar Mandal, who had promised to marry with the informant. Allegation is that when the informant went to complaint about the conduct of Rahul Kumar Mandal the appellants allegedly abused and assaulted her. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
