The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhoura P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners rather the alleged recovered has been made from the abandoned place, which is evident from the seizure list itself and these

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Madhoura P.S.
