Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the competent civil court having jurisdiction, however, so far as the grievance of the petitioner with respect to entitlement of biological sons and daughters of the deceased employee either have taken birth from the petitioner or from the respondent no.5 (Ram Pyari Devi) is concerned, they must be given retiral dues, under different
