2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26322 of 2025 and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months of its earlier rejection.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28533 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 premature as successive bail applications cannot be entertained by this Court within few months of earlier rejection without any change in circumstances.

Accordingly, the present application is hereby dismissed as premature.
