The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 dated 26.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 504, 427 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that because of dispute over a plot of land, the present case has been lodged. The parties are on litigating terms for a long time and there have been

Considering the aforesaid facts as also taking into account the nature of accusation, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S.
