====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). The impugned decisions as contained in Letter No.- 2617 dated 7.4.2014 and Letter No. 3718 dated 2.6.2014 be quashed;
(ii). Respondents be directed to accept the rents paid;
(iii). Respondents be directed to consider the case of the petitioner to settle his respective stall in his favour on Hire Purchase Basis in the light of their non-decision.
(iv). Respondents be restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner including for cancellation of shop."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
