BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 Show cause notice has been filed stating that order dated 07.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 2246 of 2021 has been complied in full. The same is disputed.

Perusal of the show cause as well as document annexed it is evident that petitioners/complainant has been taken back to duty on 20.07.2022 and necessary monetary benefits have been calculated and disbursed to the petitioners/complainant. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding stands dropped.

Personal appearance of respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate, Saharsa is dispensed with.
