Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38(ii) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibiton Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He has been implicated in this case merely because he is owner of the alleged motorcycle. As a matter of fact, his son Sukesh Kumar Paswan used to drive his motorcycle.
