2. Learned counsel for the State has filed the 2nd supplementary counter affidavit by which the State has taken a stand that the petitioner is entitled for the promotion on the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7799 of 2012 dt.08-04-2024 2/2 Senior Motor Mechanic and pursuant to the direction of Hon'ble Court dated 11.03.2024 the State has filed the 3rd supplementary counter affidavit annexing the promotion order with respect to the petitioner which suggests that the petitioner has been promoted to the Senior Motor Mechanic with effect from 21.11.1992.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents-State as well as Accountant General to issue necessary orders in favour of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pay all consequential benefits pertaining to the promotion on the post of Senior Motor Mechanic with effect from 21.11.1992.
