The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 8650 of 2000, which stood dismissed on 26.2.2015 due to non- prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the Daily Cause List since name of all the counsel was not appearing, he failed to track the case and this was the reason for non -appearance. He submits that on earlier occasion also due to same fault the petition stood dismissed.
