Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with C2A-57/18 for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. She is a lady and has no concern with the coaccused persons. Morevoer, the alleged recovery is of only 1 liter country made liquor. Petitioner is having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
