1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) For issuance of writ of certiorary for quashing/set aside the order dated 18-3-2014 (Annexure-13) in Lok Kalyan Case No. 19/2012 passed by Hon'ble Lokayukt Bihar by which the Hon'ble Lokayukt has been close the proceeding of complaint Case no 19/12 without consideration the enquiry report and any award punishment against the respondent no.6.

(ii) For the issuance of a writ of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.14174 of 2014(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 commanding upon the official respondents to make further enquiry regarding illegality committed by the respondent no.6 in Centre no Bain 59 Kalmegha, Azam Nagar. Katihar in distribution of food nutrition amongs the beneficiaries and award punishment removal from service on the basis of enquiry report submitted by the then B.D.O., Azam Nagar on 29.9.2012 (Annexure-6) addressed to the District Programme officer, Katihar."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
