12-07-2016 Heard Sri Rajeev Ranjan Sinha, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ganesh Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Ehteshamuddin, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 30-01-2016 in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that showing recovery of two cartridges, the petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case. By way of referring to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, he submits that the

In view of nature of accusation as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner namely Mukesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Danapur, Patna in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.
