This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 dated 21.01.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that this is a case of the year 2016 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27759 of 2016(3) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 from today.

This order shall be implemented only, if the investigation of this case case has remain pending. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
