2. Petitioner in the present writ application is seeking a direction to the D.I.G. Sahabad Range as well as Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara to take appropriate action in the light of the representations filed by the petitioner which are Annexures 'P/3' and 'P/6' respectively.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation of the case police has submitted charge-sheet against four accused persons, however, investigation against two other persons have been kept pending.

It is submitted that to connect those two persons with the other four charge-sheeted accused, it is necessary to obtain the telephonic CDRs, location details and WhatsApp account information and for this purpose, the informant had drawn the attention of the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara. He has also requested other authorities to investigate the case with some scientific information but the request of the petitioner has not been paid heed to.

Learned counsel for the State submits that though at this stage he has no instruction and he is unable to take a stand, but one thing which may be stated is that in case the petitioner has filed request with the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, the same will be examined and looked into.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, this writ application is being disposed of with direction to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara to look into the grievance of the petitioner, examine the same and in order to ensure proper and fair investigation of the case, consider the request of the petitioner and take appropriate action.
