BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA MJC No. 416 of 2015 Petitioner :Bhojpur Gramin Vikash Parishad Through Its Secretary,ara Nagar, Bhojpur Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Aditya Prakash Sahay, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Shri Prem Ranjan Modi, District Programme Manager, District Health Society, Ara and Dr. Rajesh Kishore Sahu, District Immunization Officer, Bhojpur of the Health Department are present before this Lok Adalat and they submits that the order of this Court has fully been complied with. The learned counsel for the |State Shri Ravi Kumar, AC to G.P. 13 is also present.

The aforesaid officers of the petitioner, who are present before this Lok Adalat do not wish to press this application. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
