The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 24.07.2015 to extend the period of time to deposit the money.

It appears that the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of Rs. 25,26,126/- within six months, but the petitioner did not deposit the amount.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount but after some delay as the daughter of the petitioner fell ill and she was under treatment in Vellore. It is further submitted that bail bond of the petitioner has already been cancelled due to non-deposit of the money as per direction of this Court dated 24.07.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25883 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below and the court below shall consider favourably the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner taking into consideration that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount.

With this observation, this modification petition is disposed of.
