2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of order dated 09.01.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 24577 of 2019, the petitioner has filed a fresh representation before the District Magistrate (respondent no. 2), but till date no order has been passed by the respondent no. 2.

3. Considering the above-mentioned fact, The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12312 of 2021(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 respondent no. 2 along with all supporting documents including copy of order dated 09.01.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 24577 of 2019 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 2 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
