Patna High Court CWJC No.2709 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2 / 2 claim. If any amount is disputed or is not payable, then an appropriate reasoned order will be passed and communicated to the petitioner also, within the same time frame. The writ application is disposed of with the above direction.
