Case No. 02 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 3 R.P. U.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Nothing specific has been alleged against his petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
