Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Aurangabad town P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. They have no concern with the alleged occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 10.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29056 of 2018 and order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32673 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 dated 09.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28472 of 2018 (Annexure-2). Petitioners are men of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
