Mr. Dinu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that there are decisions of the Government regarding consideration of claim for posting at a place where the spouse is posted. The petitioner's husband is in Government service and posted in the Circle Office, Aurangabad and, therefore, the petitioner, relying upon the Government decisions, would be approaching the Respondent

This Court would observe that if the application is made within two weeks the same be considered and disposed of, having regard to the Government decisions, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks thereafter.
