JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2021 This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification of the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19820 of 2020 to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order at page 2, C.J.M., Bhagalpur be replaced by C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the prayer portion of the bail application, inadvertently "to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur" has been typed whereas the matter was pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, as a result of which, when the bail was granted to the petitioners vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25675 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 dated 03.07.2020, the petitioners were directed to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions advanced at the bar, in the order dated 3.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19820 of 2020 in the last paragraph at page 2, "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur" shall be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari".
